Standard warranty is 1 year. After this period, a new contract must be entered in order to continue the warranty, at a discount for regular users.

To resolve problems with hardware keys and cloud licenses, please contact technical support:

  1. Settings file license.txt (see section "Transferring a license to a user");
  2. Screenshot of the "About PASS/NOZZLE-FEM" window, which shows the current settings of the license provider;
  3. The number of the error issued by the program.

Services Covered by the Warranty

  1. Free updates. Updates can be downloaded from https://passuite.com/nozzle#download-tab or through an e-mail request.
  2. Technical support on latest PASS/NOZZLE-FEM version, including consultation on using PASS/NOZZLE-FEM software and troubleshooting.
  3. New versions and their descriptions are posted regularly on the PASS/NOZZLE-FEM web-site https://passuite.com/nozzle.
