Backup files are typically located in:
Same folder as data file. Temporary files save to the same directory as the PASS/START-PROF .ctp analysis file
Local user folder. Access via Start Menu > Run > "%localappdata%\CTAPT"
All users folder. Access via Start Menu > Run > "%programdata%\CTAPT"
