This function counts the number of piping elements in the model. Namely:
Total length of elements of various diameters
The number of various types of piping elements (bends, tees, reducers, etc.)
The number of various types of restraints
This function can be called up from Service > Create List of Pipe Elements
after which the text file name and path for the file being created must be input.
