Miter Joint (Widely-Spaced Miter Bend)

A miter joint connects two pipes welded together at an angle without using a standard pipe bend.

This joint type supports angles up to 45 degrees and is used for flexibility and stress analysis calculations.

Miter joints typically model widely-spaced miter bends or single miter connections in piping systems.

To insert a miter joint, select the target node and use the menu option:

Insert > Insert Bend > Miter Joint (Widely-spaced)
